We received a 50 minutes couple message, not 60 minutes that we paid for

I paid for a facial with my credit card. The next day an additional charge appeared on my card statement that was not authorized. Can’t recommend a company that uses this practice.

My massage therapist had hurt her back and apologized for not being her best that day. My friend had gone to her and raved about her so I’m sure she is awesome when she is not hurting herself. I felt bad for her and thought she would be getting the massage. I will try her again because so know she is probably very good.

I am satisfied with my experience, the Esthetician (Willow) was amazing. I did not care for the receptionist attitude when I called and told her there was a lot of traffic and that I might be a few minutes late. To put this into perspective, it took 55 minutes to travel the 15 miles (FWB to Destin) to make the appointment.

The message therapist spent little time in the area that needed the most attention. I told her when she asked but she didn't rub my heel very long at all. Other than that is was a good visit.

Brenda is a skilled therapist. I was disappointed that the service ended at 2:51. I was taken to the room at 2:10pm for a 1-hour service.

Online intake form did not show up and. Had to fill it in again.

Waited 14 mins for massage to start after undressing

Appointment started 8 minutes late but ended on time so I was shorted what I paid for

I love coming here. It really depends on who you get if the massage is going to be great or mediocre. I will request my favorites going forward.
