Massage and ambience are OK. It could be slightly ore relaxing of an atmosphere and ladies behind the desk were nice and friendly but didn't have all the answers. I also had trouble booking an appt. online and had to call.

Very nice staff, very nice visit. Wish there was more info about products. Did not talk about any issues noticed with skin or how to correct.

Spa was not willing to honor what was sent out in an email stating that it would be an added benefit for keeping membership active during the closure due to covid19. Spa was not willing to honor what I was told on the phone as far as using available packages.

Massage therapist good but didn’t ever ask if pressure was ok or any kind of checkins with me during the session. Good massage just would have liked that.

No additional information given about products given before massage began. EX. CBD oil. Target area was not given enough attention. Massage was only 50 minutes instead of 60 minutes.

Only reason was because it didn't seem like the appointment was specified clearly. Thought my appointment was 4&5 not 3&4 and also would have ratherhad massage appointment before facial.

Waiting in the extremely hot parking lot is unacceptable. Fan was removed from massage room and made it to hot. Dont like therapist wearing a mask

I was extremely disappointed, when I was told a deep tissue massage was $10.00 more! I have never been charged more for my massages!! I’ve had a massage, pretty much, once a month, since 1983.

Would have liked a darker room with some relaxing music playing. Otherwise, everything was good and massage therapist was very nice.

Massage table not comfortable as I'm 5'8" so headrest never right. I like hand massage included in either facial or massage.
