I didn’t feel as if though my pressure points that I spoke of were addressed.

At this massage and another at Hand and Stone I feel like they are overly concerned with tucking and smoothing the blankets/sheets. I appreciate they are wanting to preserve modesty for the client but I have had dozens of massages where this was never an issue with a simple adjustment of the covering.

When you book a 50 minute massage or treatment you would expect it to be just that. It was a 40 minute massage. 10 minutes were taken off both the front end and the back end of the hour.

Some hair was left on waxing. That’s not a big deal as I understand areas can be missed. But was not given a mirror to see what the result was in order to ask for what I thought was missing.

I experienced some pain, like a burning sensation, when she applied pressure on areas of my arms and legs. I have never had this with other massages. So I could not relax.

Me and my wife was scheduled with Heather only but the front desk move us to other therapist without our permission. The Front desk said they don't know what happened and can only reschedule the next day. We waited for 1 month just to see Heather. The Manager Amy did a good job to explain and said it won't happen again. She upgraded a spa enhancement for inconvenience. I hope it does not happen again.

My facial was excellent, the staff are charming and I will return. However, I had the "red light" treatment for cell growth and the fee was $40.00. I agreed to the fee but I feel it's too high. A fee of $20.00 would be a better value.

This was my 4th visit and once again a new esthetician. It would be nice to know before my appointment that I would be seeing someone new. Did not go over any options

There is no contact with the quads, hands it feet. Why is this? I feel as if they are told not to venture up the leg or near the buttocks and never the massage the feet or hands. These areas can be tight.
