I could hear a couple people talking a little in the next room and also hear noise coming from another room at times.

There was a lot of confusion when I arrived because the therapist I was schedule with was not able to make it that day due to a family emergency. The manager was not on duty yet (I assume this, because they sounded like they were talking to her on the phone). The receptionist and the massage therapist who were there definitely went out of their way to take care of me which was greatly appreciated. My biggest issue is that I cannot access my benefits online. I contacted the corporate office about this and still have not received a response as to why.

It's a bit uncomfortable at the end. Checking out at the desk with the receptionist and estithician both waiting on me. Makes it uneasy to decide on a tip/gratuity when they ask me if I want to add it to my bill. Would much rather be handed a receipt to sign and mark my own tip/gratuity on that.

I was highly satisfied with the overall experience, but I think the room is a little too bright and the music could be a bit more relaxing.

She did a really good job on my extractions she was very gentle. Disappointed that brea left, her massage was really good. But excited to have Rheann for my next facial because experienced her work and it is excellent and I know I will be highly satisfied.

The appointment started 25 minutes late and my massage was not given the full time. The room I was in shared a wall with the construction next door and that was loud and distracting and did not allow for relaxation. The therapist and I decided that she would focus' on my back but in fact, that's all she massaged

The ac in the room was very loud and distracting. The music was way too low I couldn’t even hear it. I wish the room was a little more dim and the pressure was way too hard at times.

It takes alot for me to be highly satisfied. the therapist was good but not great. The front desk person seem to have a little trouble with the computer

It’s always possible to improve and I’m sure it will get better as everyone gets more comfortable with the system.
