Nice quiet waiting area

It was easy to schedule the appointment. Since I did not know the massage therapists, I had no idea who to ask for. I liked Kevin but I would like to try someone else, next time, so I can be sure I am getting the best massage. The receptionist I had was very knowledgeable.

The friendliness of staff, the cleanliness of the spa and efficiency of the therapist.

Great location and staff. Just wish there was more availability with short lead time. Also there is no 80 minute massage option anymore

Very clean and friendly facility. The reception personnel were very friendly, offered up different options. The masseuse was friendly but not forceful enough on my desired problem areas (neck & lower back)
