I love everything about Hand & Stone...from the moment I enter the door, the girls at the desk greet me and make me feel welcome. I love the ambience of the waiting room. My massage therapist, Rosie is incredible! She's so knowledgeable about the body, when I ask about a particular ache or pain, she explains it and makes it all better! This said, I'm confident that when I recommend Hand & Stone, my friends are just as satisfied as I am! Keep up the great work! Thanks, ever so much!

Raul is an excellent therapist. It is difficult to get an appointment with him because he is only there Wednesday and Thursday. I waited 6 weeks for this appointment. But will not take another therapist as I had a very poor experience the last time, I did that.

My therapist is great at listening to my request. She does exactly as I ask and gives a very relaxing and comfortable massage. The room and table are always quiet and comfortable with relaxing music.

Very satisfied with facial. Ashley was very helpful and attentive. Would ask for her again.

Great overall experience. One thing you can improve upon is more comfortable and ergonomically supportive chairs in the waiting area. Your chairs suck.
