Hand and Stone

The massage therapist is excellent. Her name is Stephanie. She listens to me and she works on the parts that I spoke about. And she is always checking on how I am doing! 10 stars for her. Unfortunately, it’s February and I tried to book her for April and she’s totally booked. ( I already made my March appointment.) I put myself on her cancellation list and hope hand and stone will call me.

Stephanie, my therapist is very knowledgeable and always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. She has a way of tucking the sheets around me while protecting my privacy that only very experienced therapist know how to do. She always asks if I have any areas that need extra attention and always gives attention to any problems. I have a torn rotator cuff on my right shoulder and she always remembers that I need special attention to that area. The bed is always warm and so is the lotion, which is the way I like it.

The reception area is always decorated nicely. Staff is friendly and attentive. Nicole always asks what I want, area to concentrate on, and concerns. She is very knowledgeable and informative. Always relaxes me to the point of falling asleep. My face feels refreshed and I feel just better all over
