Esthetician was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. She was the the best staff person of the four I encountered. The room was comfortable and relaxing, although a bit chilly until I was under the covers.

Everyone was excellent. The place was easy to get to and was beautiful inside. My deep tissue massage was excellent and helped with my back and leg pain.

The booking online was awful. Paid $129.00 for a PACKAGE that once I called to redeem the package, I was told it was only for a massage, even though we ordered a PACKAGE. In fact, the current running sale price was $69.99 for the massage, but the only compensation made to me was to "use the excess $60.00 for the tip". WHAT???? I did tell the desk personnel to use the excess for the tip - what else could I do? BUT - Tristan is an excellent therapist and I'm glad it went to him. But the online experience was literally fraud

i have been looking for a good massage spa and I think I have found it. Tghe prices are very reasonable and the staff are super friendly and helpful

The staff is super mice and helpful when checking in and checking out. They can knowingly explain some of the upgrades when asked. The massage therapist is so nice and listens to me also keeps quiet during the time so i can enjoy the experience.
