Dakota was excellent and gave me options on how to improve my skin. She also recommended a skin product that I love.

I enjoy a massage that is both relaxing and helpful in releasing aches and pains. This fit the bill.

The only feedback I would like to add is that you all send too many appt notifications / reminders / confirmations. I received them via email, text, and a phone call. Just 1 method of those is necessary. I don't appreciate being bombarded with appt notifications, as I am very well capable of managing my own schedule & getting myself where I need to be & when.

George is great. Knows what he is doing. It’s like he has X-ray vision, knowing exactly where your issues are. Too bad he is retiring!

My therapist does a great job. He focused on my needs. Got an appointment soon after I called.

Megan, the esthetician, who did my facial was beyond excellent. This was my first facial and it was very thorough and relaxing. She was very knowledgeable about all the products. Plus she was able to answer all my questions regarding the different procedures available and why they would or would not benefit my skin. We discussed what products from Hand & Stone I should use for my specific skin problems as well as what over the counter products not to use for my skin. For my first facial experience it was wonderful. I would highly recommend Megan as well as Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa. I already booked my next facial appointment!
