The quality of Pandora jewelry, especially in sterling silver is good. I have used other brand of jewelry some of which are customized and the brand's(Pandora) craftsmanship is competitive.

The sales rep Jinette @ Hudson yard, nyc was very nice, continuously asked if we we ok n asked her management or co-worker when she was not sure. I like and knowledge that even when she wasn’t sure she didn’t hesitate to ask. She showed workmanship and accountability. Overall experience With store and all associates was great!!
