I came in with my sister looking to find some charms and possibly a birthday gift. Jasmine the sales associate was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, patient, friendly, and her attention to detail was spectacular. She made us feel welcome and Made sure we left completely satisfied and happy with our purchase. I absolutely love her and her sense of style. She deserves a raise.

Excelente costumer service, I asked for a specific charm and at first I was shown a charm I didn’t like but then another lady showed me exactly what I was looking for . She paired it with a bangle and we continued with getting an Engraved charm and a necklace. Ps the engraving was so fast . The team at Hudson Yards is wonderful.

We found what we were looking for. The personnel spoke spanish. It was well located.
