Honestly, I was not anticipating on buying anything, but the level of care and attention the store manager, Silvana (I’m sorry if I remembered incorrectly), gave my boyfriend and I was incredible. Despite the store being busy, she ensured that we were tended to without rushing us. Even when we told her that we can hurry, so she can get to other guests. She let us know that we had her undivided attention and that her other associates were taking care of them, so don’t worry. The ring I wanted was not in stock, but she called other stores and rechecked her inventory and we actually ended up getting that ring. Also because of the time she took with us and showing me the different options, I was also able to find 2 more rings that I liked and ended up buying 3 rings altogether. When I look for additional jewelry, I will absolutely be going to this Pandora as her and her staff were so kind and courteous which you truly don’t find in a retail setting anymore. Thank you again. Made a great experience for us today.

Because the representative that assisted us was polite and knowledgeable. She tried her best to find the charms that I was looking for. The store practiced social distancing which was great.

The staff at this store greet customers with a big smile, and are very pleasant. They also inform you of the items they have on sales and assist you with picking your Charms. Overall, I am very satisfied with their services.
