The associate, Denise was very welcoming. I recently made a purchase at another Pandora location and it was not an enjoyable experience. Denise was very informative & helped me pick out a beautiful piece for my grandmother. The entire staff was very nice and I will definitely be back for more charms and bracelets for the family. Thank you!

The two women that helped me in the front were very nice. One showed her excitement about the charm I bought and related it to her own bracelet

I was greeted upon arrival. The ladies that helped me were informative and attentive which helped me to make a decision. All of my questions were answered. I didn’t feel rushed or forced to make a decision.

Pandora did it again - their service at this store with Yadira (I think that was the sales lady name) was exceptional. She was patient, listened, knew the merchandise she had in stock and helped my wife find something she has been looking for across 3 other Pandora’s. High five to Yadira.

Went to the store yesterday to ask what I could do about a missing stone on my ring, my warranty expired so I would’ve had to purchase a new one but the store manager offered me a whole new ring. All the girls there are amazing and super friendly big shout out to Silvana the store manager and to Denise, Sherly and Amery Leigh. No doubt the best Pandora location ❤️❤️

Everyone was extremely friendly and nice! They made me feel welcomed... my favorite employee there was Sherly. She was very friendly, had good recommendations, and made me fee comfortable!

The staff was very polite they also meet all the cleanliness also they're very friendly and they give you advice of what looks good with what jewelry.
