The reason I'm highly satisfied with my experience was because of the staff there. Jarai was very helpful in helping me picking out my first Pandora bracelet. Also Amery was very friendly at the front door and was super helpful with anwering my questions.

I got great help at the Pandora @ Hudson Yards. Amery and Yidira (I hope I'm not butchering her name) helped us out and were super attentive and friendly. They helped me and my cousin out and we got what we needed quickly. Thanks guys, I hope you guys see this message!

It is a new store and it is hidden... the associate new exactly which pieces I was talking about when I asked.... she convinced me on two other pieces.. very clean ando was the only customer because it was very early.

Ida, I believe that was my sales associates name, was able to quickly locate the 2 items I went into purchase. I was in & out in 25 minutes! The amount of customers & the amount of sales associates is my determining factor on if I purchase in store or online. Unfortunately, the $10 coupons for providing feedback can only be redeemed in store.
