After researching my potential purchases on the Pandora website, I called the Hudson Yards location to make sure my online queries were available and in stock. I spoke with Ms. Amery Leigh E Madriaga, and upon confirming, came to pick them up. Ms. Amery exuded Courteousness, Respect, Professionalism, and Enthusiasm, and I made sure to thank her, and let her know that her help was GREATLY Appreciated.

The customer service was amazing! Shelly was very helpful, and assisted me with every question with a clear cut answer. Cheryl also kept her promise by holding my charm that I requested when I called the previous day. I am a satisfied customer indeed.

I went to the Hudson Yards store, they’re the most polite and people friendly staff on the 3rd floor of the mall. Went to get a bracelet and some charms for my wife and they delivered and assisted me in the right direction of choices. Cheryl!!! She the best!

I was assisted by Ms Cheryl immediately when I entered the store. Ms Cheryl was already assisting another customer but informed me that she would be finished with her current customer & would return to assist me. Ms Cheryl returned quickly & did not have me waiting long at all!

To start off I would like to say thank you so much to Jarai for an amazing experience. She taught me a lot about my bracelet and she also gave me a complementary cleaning service for my bracelet that I didn’t know Pandora gave that service to their customers. Thank you again Jarai and I will Always keep my bracelet in the Box !!
