The sales associate Diane was extremely helpful and patient as I was indecisive not knowing what I should get or what collection went with what (first time and was buying a gift) she explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable and satisfied with purchase. Now I’m thinking of purchasing for myself.

My experience was amazing from start to finish! From the moment I arrived at the door, the staff was attentive, personable and inviting. It started with Indi, she invited me into the store before she even knew I was there to pick up a online order. She then went on break and I was assisted by Diane. She retrieved my order, thoroughly inspected it, shined it and offered valuable feedback about the purchase. She, along with two other associates Jarai & Shelly, collaboratively assisted me with recommendations and in fact convinced me to purchase something else in the store! Not only was I satisfied with the service they provided me, I felt safe by the way they operated the store. They observed safety protocols (limited the amount of guest in the store at one time and also directed traffic to allow for social distancing). Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be back to purchase in the future simply because of my experience during this purchase. Staff was great and Diane was amazing and very convincing by making me purchasing something else when i did not have intentions on doing it :) !
