The beautiful store managet, forgive my memory I forgot her name, (she is pregnant.)helped me navigate through so many options to find the perfect gift for my sister. I was also able to exchange my bracelet for a better fit. She was so informative and pleasant. I can't wait for my next day off to go back.

As as I walked in I was greeted and helped. The sale associate was very helpful with my selection of charms. The sale associate helped me with my broken charm .

First time entering the store at Hudson Yards and the sales associate was friendly nice and very accommodating. Very nice selection to choose from. Will definitely go back to purchase again from this Pandora

The shop was in a great location and we found the shop really easy. The staff their were extremely helpful and made a great effort with my 6 year old daughter

The sales associates in the store were all very friendly, offered their assistance and didnt governing allowed me time to window shop. The sales associate who tended to me was an A+ in my book. Not only was she very helpful to me but, she engaged my children and made the entire experience a delight.

The girl was lovely. But she had no knowledge of the starter deal on the bracelets and she didn’t even give us a receipt
