The sales associate was pretty dismissive of my presence when I first entered the store. I did eventually receive an hello but she continued on tablet with whatever. Not "I'll be with you in a moment, or are you looking for anything?" Even once she did provide assistance it was lackluster and as if I was bothering her. I normally wouldn't have even made a purchase from any store with this type of service but I brushed it off and still purchased

The sales associate was very nice. The only issue we had was with the front door greeter. She did not say hello when we entered, but immediately said we were “not supposed to enter” and then angrily said she was “done with us”. The sales associate however step in right away to help us.

I chose this location to see the mall for the first time. I'll continue to go to my pandora store close to my home.

Typical New York items were not found easily.

The experience was enjoyable. All the merchandise I would have liked to purchase was not available.

The woman who helped us on Friday was ok, but the Friday before we came in & Denise helped us and she was awesome. Amazing customer service, excellent suggestions, Denise was a star and a big part of the reason we came back the following week. The other lady was nice too, I even asked what kind of customer service trainings they are put through. The older lady remembered us from the week before, which made it really special.

Staff courteous and polite. Also the fact that in order to keep customers and staff safe, hey only let the person that was going to make the purchase in the store, thumbs up to that.

Amery in the nyc mall was just amazing i mentioned i was looking for red charms and in less than a minute she and another co worker brought me some charms to look at from a different display and i ended up buying two of the three she brought out my whole purchasing experience was so smooth and quick definitely would recommend!

I was satisfied with my experience with the store, associates, and available items to look at. I went in the clean my bracelet and came out buying an item.
