I was looking for exclusive NY charms and a leather bracelet, the seller looks upset since I enter to the store and after showed me the city charm I asked her for the leather bracelet she told me that have in stock but she never showed it to me so I just bought the charm.

Was not able to enter the store. The store associate was very nice and knowledgeable but we were robbed from the store experience by having to do everything from outside the store.

The selection was great but the sales associate standing at the doorway was rude and extremely unfriendly. We were getting grilled as to why we wanted to shop there

First time at pandora I expected a more inviting environment in the store and a brief introduction of jewelry including jewelry maintenance warranty details. I ended up purchasing because I knew what I wanted. However I left the store with a lot of questions. I went online and searched for answers.
