Did have to chance to go in in shop for more options Went the day after to buy more before I left back out of state and the lead person did not treat me has friendly then the day before so I left with out making a purchase

The store was completely empty when I walked in. There were 2 associates in the store, one of which was a team or sales lead, they were leaned against one of the display cases talking when I walked in, both looked at me and said absolutely nothing until I spoke and said “hello??”. They both said hi then smirked at each other. I continued to stand there waiting for one of them to offer assistance. I then asked if someone could help me at which point the sales lead said the other associate would be right with me. The rest of the visit went smooth, I’m assuming once they realized I was actually going to make a purchase they’re attitude changed. I’m a former operational manager and field recruiter for Levi’s and Ralph Lauren respectively and I can tell you the lack of basic customer service here was terrible. I only completed my purchase because I was meeting with the person who I was gifting this charm too later that evening. Otherwise I would have waited and purchased at a different location

Sales associate was not nice, we asked for the sale items and she made such a face. Said there was only one rack of sale items and we saw like three more racks.

Bought $65 bracelet, but charged for a $90 bracelet. Live 1.5 hrs away from store. Spoke with store manager and was told i would have to go back to the store for the adjustment even though i had the receipt in front of me during the call. To me it's poor customer service for someone that lives far away from the store.

Well, the attendant (I did not catch her name) was EXTREMELY slow. I made a visit to the Pandora in the Hudson Yards mall. She took at least 2o minutes to try and find the cham I wanted. I ended up having to pick another one. And to top it off I was with my daughter and I was in a rush. I would appreciate faster service. Also, the attendant never showed me the right thing. If I showed her one ring she brought me a completely different one. She would not move faster if her LIFE depended on it. We were almost late for my goddaughter's birthday party. I love Pandora in general but the service this time was just horrible.
