Sales was handling 2 other and refuse for the other sales person that politely offer to help and she refuse to ring my purchase delaying my exit.

I was told there was only one associate available to help and so we had to wait outside the door, I did not mind this at all. Once we went in, the associate who helped me was extremely annoyed the entire time. She acted as if I was inconveniencing her because I was asking to try on different rings. I went in to purchase the 3 for $99 rings so I had to make sure the rings fit. I asked different times if she had my size in a different color or a ring in a different style and she seemed extremely annoyed at this. The customer service experience is HORRIBLE at this location. If someone is having a bad day it should not be taken out on the customer. I have been in customer service/retail for years and I would never allow my staff to treat people this way. I wasn't being rude or anything so I did not understand why she had a horrible attitude. I ended up purchasing my rings and left. Customer service is extremely important especially at such a high volume location.

You Herald Square location in NYC is completely unprofessional. You advertised closing at 9pm, however store closed with employees inside at 6pm and would not help. had to pay to go to a farther away location.
