The Manager, Silvana, was EXTREMELY accommodating and helpful!! Her extremely professional demeanor on the phone was so impressive, that I traveled to the store to meet her IN PERSON!!!! She exchanged a broken bracelet, with the assistance of Melanie, the Sales Associate. I was so impressed with the two of them, that I purchased two additional charms. I will return to this location!

I ordered a ring onlibe received it today and needed to exchange it and the store was able to accommodate with a new size. Silvana was very helpful in making sure she had the new size. And once there she was friendly and remembered me and the transaction was completed in less than 5 minutes.
