The mall at Hudson yards is beautiful and Wendy and the other staff at this Pandora location were very helpful. I am very happy with my purchase.

The sales associate was attentive and knowledge. The store was very clean. The merchandise I was looking for was available. The sales associate informed us of related items we did not know about. The sales associates provided ideas when indecisive.

Tracy H was very friendly and did her best to show me the products I was interested in. They had most of what I was looking for in stock except for a certain ring in the size I wanted.

The rep, Janiya, along with her manager were extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Both went above, and beyond to make sure I, as a customer was satisfied. They helped me, offered products, and gave my jewelry a courtesy cleaning. This was by far the best experience I've ever has at ANY retail store!
