la Madeleine

Letos was great. She knows how to give great customer service. The food was delicious as well.

The food was delicious, like the previous times that I have been. The service was quite prompt and helpful. I would especially like to commend a staff member who informed me about a student discount for students at UTD. I have been to La Madeleine a couple of times before, but I’ll be back more after hearing about this.

As usual our experience at La Madeleine's was the best we could ask for in an eating establishment. As we have noted before, Olga is the first employee we meet nearest the entrance and always greets us with a smile and immediate readiness to take our order. If Tess is checking us out we are met with the similar courtesy and the same can be said for the rest of the staff. Congratulations to LM for a job well done!!

Love the food

Today was a cold cloudy day. When we entered the restaurant, it was warm an inviting. We were greeted by several employees as we proceeded to the counter. The person taking our order was careful to read back our order to ensure it was correct. Letos was working the cash register. As my wife and I dine here frequently, she remembers us. She always goes above and beyond to see that we are well taken care of. She is always smiling and very personable. The food was delicious. The young man cleaning the dining room is very cordial and keep it clean in a timely manner.

The food is consistently well prepared and I like the ambience. I usually dine in during brunch hours and since I sit alone I feel comfortable doing so and reading my paper. I also like the rewards that I accumulate.

Every thing was ready as ordered. The order was correct. The order was super tasty.

Olga was friendly and efficient. She made my visit to the restaurant worthwhile and pleasant

My friend and I eat there every Sunday after church and look forward to the experience. The cafe has a lovely atmosphere that encourages us to chat and catch up with our weeks while we enjoy our food. My omelets and croissants are always wonderful, and the croissants were HUGE this week. Spreading them with the blackberry jelly is my Sunday treat. We enjoy talking with Farhana, Yolanda, Letos and Sterling. They are always so welcoming and usually remember what we normally order.

I thoroughly enjoy my Sunday morning breakfast at this restaurant. Food is good, atmosphere is cheerful, staff is great, and I especially look forward to seeing my favorite La Mad friend - Letos. Letos could train cashiers at your other restaurants on how to make customers feel welcome and enjoy their visit.
