The cafeteria-type line was spotless and the servers were very patient with our indecisiveness...all of the food looked so yummy! And, your cashier was so pleasant and informative. She caused me to immediately decide to return very soon! The tables arrangement made it easy to quickly find a table without having to "squeeze through" the aisles. AND, customers were not noisy!!!! Of course the food was delicious as it has always been for the many years that I've eaten at La Madeleine!!! OH...and, my empty plates were removed in a timely manner!

Cashier Tess D was so professional and she went above and beyond her duty to make us comfortable and satisfied with our visit to the restaurant. She also made sure we enjoyed our orders by checking on us during our stay. She made sure everything was perfect. She is a very important staff to the restaurant and has very highly recommended customer service skills.

I wanted to try one of the new seasonal dishes - associates were very kind to explain some of the new flavors and give me their input - so I also added a dessert. Packaging was done well & made it home safely for a lovely dinner.

I regularly eat at this laMadeleine. The staff freets me each time, some recognized me and all smile and offer to assist me when I need anything. I sometimes eat alone and sometimes meet friends. We all enjoy the visits.

We love going to lunch here and also I get ceasar salad dressing and croutons all of the time. Very Good.
