Ordering the food was pretty quick and easy, not too complicated at all. Food was right and soup hot. Although, they did say they are getting rid of a few different things. Like my son's favorite pasta, the cordon pasta. Hopefully we'll be able to find another good item for him. Pastas were good and we enjoyed what time we spent there.

I love the la Madeleine app. It's so easy to order. I eat in the cafe but order To Go for my husband. When I'm almost finished eating, I order his meal on the app, and it's ready when I'm ready to leave. And I have gotten so many perks from using the app. Wonderful!

We were greeted by friendly staff. Food was delivered quickly. All food was served at proper temperature and tasted great.

I love the ambience of this restaurant. It is always very clean. The food is excellent - no disappointing choices. Our servers (Tess and LaRhonda) were courteous and attentive. They are a real asset to the restaurant.

Typical service for a French cafe. Employees are slow to acknowledge and respond to customers. Many American restaurants pride themselves on attention to the customer. That is what I'm used to. Not saying La Madaliene has bad service. Just that is a different standard.

In changing the shape of your regular tarts, you reduced the size but not the cost. I feel like I'm being cheated but I like the lemon tarts. Making them would not be feasible for me since I am only one person, but I don't buy them as often as I used to.
