I wanted to use my gift card but couldn't because your app pre-paid via credit card and there was no way to alter it. Paying in advance did not speed up the pick up process. I am not happy with the way your on-line ordering works.

Everything was done well enough. It was not exceptional, but it was not bad either. We ordered changes to the menu items, and the associates were very accommodating and worked to get our changes correct.

The fried eggs were too browned and a little bit past medium. They’d be better if the grill was a lower temperature

We have to been to this location a few times and it seems they always forget a part of meal.

They were out of bread, butter and forks which were refilled when an associate was asked about it. When I asked about the butter I was told it was over by the bread then the associate looked and figured out the butter was not out. I got a dirty coffee cup when I went to get coffee. I put the dirty cup back behind the coffee so it could get cleaned and selected another cup. Things happen, but I expected a little more attention to detail since they were not swamped.

I was very satisfied but don't come here very often. Other than that, it was very nice. The service and food was great!
