I couldn’t place my order over the app because I intended to pay with a gift card. Your app is one of the only ones that won’t let me load gift cards for payments. And in order to earn reward points I have to scan the QR code at the time of payment. If I have a credit card on the app, the scanning will automatically charge my credit card and I don’t get to use my gift cards.

Flow of ordering line was a bit confusing. Typically if you’re only ordering soup/salad you proceed to the buffet line but their was some confusion as other patrons were placing their entire order at the beginning of the the line and having soup brought out to them there.

Delivery was requested for 8:30-8:45 and delivery arrived at 8:52 which, after unloaded your cart and loading mine put me in the meeting after 9:00, after the start of the meeting. Using the excuse "traffic" is not the most professional. That leaves me tempted to give my boss excuses as to why it's late and I refuse to do that, I can only apologize.

I ordered a pasta and in two places I wrote extra breadstick and there wasn’t even a breadstick with the order. The pasta was also missing the mushrooms like it is suppose to have in it. Someone needs to double check orders at this location because they’re never right.

I frequent La Madeleine's all the time but hardly ever come to this location because it has rude employees. Especially the take out Clerk this is supposed to have great customer service. She never smiles she is blunt and rude and she ate never asks to scan my loyalty card. She acts like she hates her job and I frequently Madeline all the time but hardly ever come to this location because it has rude employees. She never smiles, is rude and she never asked to scan my loyalty "card". she acts like she hates her job and everyone in it.You have a line cook from Denny`s cooking French Cuisine and the eggs test like a gas grill. I don't understand how the locations can be so different.Please use the surveys to fix the problems you are having!

I came in a slow time and it took too long for someone to come and ask me if I need something. I ordered chicken Cesar salad, the chicken was watery not like usual and it tasted different. I ate lettuce only and left the chicken on my plate.

I ordered carryout desserts. They were delicious as usual! However, it took a while to get someone's attention to place my order. The first server started to take my order (3 desserts) and then suddenly turned and told another server to help me. The result was I didn't get everything in my order. Fortunately I opened the box before I stepped into my car and discovered the error. My biggest issue with LaMadeleine (several locations) is that many of your employees seem totally disinterested in what they are doing-- couldn't care less about customer service. Of course, there are some nice employees but they are few.

I waited for 2-3minutes for someone to come help me. No one was in line in front of me. My sandwhich was burned the first time. When they re-made it, the ham was halfway cold.
