Joseph was very welcoming and friendly. He was quick to get my order together. This is my favorite la Madeleine - excellent staff.

Everything was as expected. Food tasted great. Service was friendly.

Did not request for some bread but was offered

Braces have me eating food a difficulty Fortunately, La Mad has my favorite soup ever! And the creme brulee rocks too@

The young lady That was working at the counter and taking our order seemed to think that a louder voice meant a higher pitched voice. When we were in conversation she would speak in a normal town, a medium range pitch, but when she had to raise her voice to get us to hear her or understand her, her voice went up an octave and she spoke too quickly. It was difficult for me to understand her and almost impossible for my partner to understand her. He wears hearing aids. If you could instruct your counter staff to speak in a low pitched voice and to speak slowly it would help a great deal.

Food was delicious! I love the atmosphere here. It’s one of my favorite places to eat. And I love your mango tea!

The cashier Olga is amazing she is so fast and attentive..

Ran in late to a meeting and Olga had my order ready to go upon arrival. This associate has a system of helping customers in a fast and friendly manner no matter the volume of customers. A real pleasure to have this person wait om which is almost daily and sometimes twice a day!!

This location is my favorite i was helped by julian very positive employee he offered bread and extra condiments for my soup
