Delivery service was prompt, manager was very accommodating in taking the order, friendly service.

My salad as perfect and I got a free dessert thank to my rewards on my app.

As soon as we walked in they greeted us with kindness, asked if we were first timers and we said yes , they helped us with the menu and showed up every will come back soon

The girls behind the counter were very helpful. We hadn’t eaten at a La Mad in a few years. They were very sweet and patient.

I asked for a few tweaks in how my selections were served & they happily obliged to perfection. It’s rare a restaurant is willing to do that & then get it right. I love La Madeleine & this location is the best!

The staff is always friendly from the moment we walk in. Ordering is very simple and the staff is always willing to accommodate any last minute changes when you arrive at the cashier. Once the food arrives at the table it is always hot.

I placed my order online and wanted to pay once I arrived at the location. However, as I was entering into a parking spot, I notice how many people were inside and outside the door. As a result, there was no way for me to get inside to pay. So I called back and they associate, came to my car took my payment, and delivered my food. I was so pleased with this service. For the future, I will no longer visit on a Sunday afternoon. I will need to get there earlier on Sunday or get my pastry on Friday. Thank you

Food is always very fresh. Love the new bacon strawberry spinach salad. Service is very helpful in answering any questions you may have.
