Everything great except food needed to be hotter

The food was delicious. The service was prompt and accurate.

Good food quality and excellent service. I normally order food or dine in at last twice a week, except for one occasion the service is always outstanding.

The food was excellent! The baguettes here are to die for and the service is great too!

It’s been a long time since we’ve had a good experience at this particular location. In the past, food was nasty, the associates were rude, and ordering to go was always a nightmare of missing items. It looks like there may have been a staff overhaul because it looks like new faces. The manager on duty in particular was very friendly while he took our orders, joked around with us, and made us feel welcome. Merci to him for giving me hope that la Madeleine may be a great place to visit again.

They are always welcome me and are ready to serve. The la Madeleine cafe is always ready for business and ready to answer any questions. I go there because it is warm and comfortable.

Fast service, good environment

The la Madeleine chicken and pasta was hot, savoru and yummy. The strawberry Napoleon was delicious. Service was prompt and courteous. The restaurant is charming and clean. A truly pleasant experience.

Staff was so friendly and attentive. Will be back soon great experience.

Food is always so good & cashiers are so polite! Will definitely be back to get more pastries.
