FIRST OFF I'VE NEVER RECEIVED BAD SERVICE AT ANY OF THE CAFES I GO TO. THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION, TOWNE AND COUNTRY, IS MY FAVORITE, I TYPICALLY ORDER ON THE APP AND ITS THERE WAITING FOR ME WHEN I GET IN. MOST OF THE STAFF KNOW ME BY NAME AND ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. I HAVE SEVERAL PEOPLE GOING TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE I RAVE ABOUT HOW GREAT THE FOOD AND SERVICE IS. THANK YOU AND NEVER CHANGE.

I meet with vendors and/or customers at this restaurant fairly regularly. We have a meal or coffee. I've never been disappointed. I particularly like breakfast (the American Breakfast). I do wish that you still had eggs benedict though. the staff here is always very friendly, and the breakfast is hot an dellicious!

The person taking my order was excellent in offering alternatives, since I had a question on that. The orders for food, drink, and dessert were perfect. The staff was friendly.
