Staff is usually very nice and courteous. The food is usually exactly right and just as I order. Love the fresh salads, this is one of the main reasons I dine here! On occasion the lentils in the kale and lentil soup are not cooked well, as in needing more cook time. And the complimentary bread on occasion is cold and hard/dry(even on a new tray just brought out by the staff). But all in all I have very good experiences and will return.
