I ordered the country egg breakfast There is no subtitute for bacon / sausage or option for people who can’t eat pork . They offer turkey to replace it but it was some sandwich turkey that does go well with omelettes

Ordering is always confusing... what is from the line and what needs to be made. Also, a kids menus was not easily accessible. Always tends to take a while waiting in line and not all staff seems very trained.

Firstly : None of the pre-covid employees are still there. We meet in the back room to discuss books, and couldn't hear over the "music." When I went out to ask about having it turned down [something a previous manager always did for us] the employee [not the manager] just said, "no." I went to another employee, who asked about it, and got the music turned down to a level we could work with. Secondly : They had locked the door nearest my car before we were finished because we didn't realize the hours were different. I need crutches to walk, and am not able to walk all the way to the front door of the shop and then all the way back just to get to my car. When I asked about the door, this same employee [whom I had NOT addressed] butted in and said "no," again. The employee who helped with the music went and got the key from the manager and opened the door for me. So I gave HIM the tip that the server would have gotten, had he been even remotely polite to us. I do not know his name, but I feel sure the manager there that evening will have no difficulty pinpointing the one at fault, as well as the one who was so helpful.

The seats were kind of uncomfortable but it was fine because the food was delicious. The service time was a little long only because there were a lot of people eating.

the ordering experience: there are those who want salads and those who do not, but we all have to get behind the person making the salad and wait for them to finish before we can place our order. Ideally, someone extra is taking orders, and not the downline person who would also make the salads. Also, during covid times the utensils are wrapped and we cannot tell what is inside (I've seen some wrapped without a fork, so you have to touch all the utensil wraps to feel what's inside.) Also, ppl are touching their personal cups back on the ice/soda dispenser possibly spreading covid, etc from the rim of their cups.
