The lady at the register was very friendly, she was like she just wanted to get customers out the door. I only ordered desserts, and it was good.

Never have issues at the Town & Country location. I have in the past at other locations. Staff always pleasant. Food always prepared in my liking. The carafe that holds the coffee needs to be addressed. I have found coffee not very hot at times.

I was charged for a kids meal plus soup separately rather than being advised I could receive all of the items that was included with the kids meal!

The young man at the counter didn't speak English well. He could not explain the Menu nor could be understood. The bread was over toasted which made it difficult to cut and bit into.

I did not get 20% OFF at my On line order per My Rewards for this month of Jan. 2020. Since customers were waiting in a long line (approximately 6 people behind me); I then go ahead and accept the order without question of the applied 20% off to my order, just to make thing easy for the associate at the cashier at busy time. Overall, the Management were friendly, professional services to customer relationship from Manager like Anthony and his Associates.
