I ordered a 3 ingredient omelette but when it arrived, one ingredient was missing. I didn’t realize this until halfway through my meal and I hadn’t eaten in 36 hours so I was pretty hungry so I didn’t ask for meal to be fixed.

Although with the mobile order this time, it was ready and on the rack to be picked up, often times, I'd arrive by the promised time and the associate will start making it at that time after waited in line already making the whole pickup experience super long. Also, not specific with this order but last one: I've ordered spinach salad with strawberry and bacon. After walking out, I looked at the salad and it looks different, I then return back to the cafe, got back in line, and ask the cashier if my order was filled correctly since it looked different. She replied: oh, we don't have the salad you ordered, it was seasonal, so we gave you something else. 1. I was able to order it online, if it's no longer available, should be off the app. 2. Shouldn't that have been mentioned when I pick up the order or even ask if I'm okay with the substitution? The customer care if definitely lacking here.

The server was not friendly. She was not rude but you could tell she had a lot to do with orders.

Waiting time to take the order. Nobody was on the line and 2 people were there. No one approach the counter at my arrival.

Although I phoned in my order, I still had to wait for some time. When line is long, other associates are slow to jump in and help. Once they do, it's great. Liz is fantastic--always
