As the only person waiting to order a menu item that has to be ordered at the first station and does not require going through the actual salad, soup, line, I was offended that nobody was available to take my order so that I could then proceed to the cashier, and wait for my entree. I had to wait more than 5 minutes for any attention. One customer who was ordering only items in the actual salad, soup,quiche line was ordering takeout only, and she was asked to go to the takeout order area by the manager, but she declined.....further delaying my ability to order a salmon entree.

The internet was out of service so I was unable to place my order via the La Madeleine app and did not get the appropriate credits

Very disappointed that your menu no longer offers the "Duet" which included half sandwich, soup, and salad. this really differentiated you from other restaurants.

Restaurant was out of silverware, tables not cleared/ cleaned. Had to wait for a server for a while, not friendly, no greeting.

This covers two issues that I tried to report on your website, but the website is FLAWED. It DOES NOT allow a customer to select the location, either by using Microsoft's browser (EDGE), or Apple's browser (SAFARI). So, please fix that to allow customers to give you feedback. NEXT, at the la Madeleine site located at 5885 SAN FELIPE, you have misspelled the name of the street on the customer receipts. You have SAN FELLIPE. I mentioned it to the manager, but I will bet a dollar she does not report it; she seemed not to care. No, a misspelled word will not shutdown the cafe, but it's hard to understand that no one has fixed it by now. NEXT, not sure what is being used to clean the tables at the San Felipe location, or what is happening, but the tabletop on some tables, although they look clean, the top is so sticky, an empty cup sticks to it. THANK YOU.

I am wondering why there was a separate non alcoholic beverage tax besides the food tax. Never saw it in any other restaurant

salad had excessive dressing the entre was just worm not hot enough

it took forever to order a croissant with ham and swiss cheese. that is all I wanted and it seem to be too complicated for the person taking the order.
