Because every time I ordered in this la Madeline is slow every step of the process. I would assume that for dinner they will have more stuff ready. I realize it is not a fast food but if the service was quicker, I will come more often.

No one was working the to go area. Store was not busy. Had to find employee in other area to assist.

They took almost 25 minutes to refill the mango iced tea container and our table was not clean properly very sticky

The waffle was too sweet and the croissant was overdone. From the outside, the side door looks like a front door. The tables are a little too close together making it difficult to navigate from the side door to the front of the restaurant. The side door should be locked so that you have to enter through the front.

Because the rewards app is not very friendly to use and the cashiers do not either. There has been a couple of times that I got my order wrong, but it is addressed when I bring it to the attention of the server.

Tried the beef crepe and it was excellent. Love the french onion soup. Also like the pear cucumber drink.
