I arrived just after 1 p.m., and the associates were not available behind the counter to take my order right away. But they were friendly and helpful once they arrived.

i usually visit LaMadeleine all the time, recently found out that im allergic to Soy, and i read on your food ingredients that you use soy in a lot of your food and desert :(....so unfortunately, i will be cutting my visit tremendously from now on .

The service wasn't the best. I felt rushed to place my order and because I felt rushed I was limited to the question I wanted to ask about the menu.

I ordered 2 bran muffins and was charged for 2, but when i picked them up, they only had 1, so now I have to go back later to get the other one. Nothing offered for the inconvenience.

It's the same menu. Would be great if you added back in kids menu

I placed a curbside pickup but could not get anyone on the curbside line to pick up. Called back 4x and was on hold for ~10 minutes before reaching anyone.

1st time to try sandwich since it was on BOGO. Both were small & hardly any side with it. I plan to go back to Sampler as it’s more food.

There was no one taking the order and took little long to someone to come.

We ordered two omelets and were not told that the price included only three items so they charged $1.98 for the extra item, if they mentioned that we would be charged extra for the onions we we would have skipped them.

Dirty menus, had jelly on it. Food took a while to come out. That’s about it.
