was 2nd in line and had to wait 10 minutes to place order. Waited 20 more minutes to receive order. The COST of order was overpriced. Dissatisfied with entire experience at LaMadeleine.

Host took order incorrectly on two items in spite of repeated instructions as what we were ordering. Host was also not friendly and seemed disinterested in her job. Then wait staff bringing out the food also kept neglecting to bring out the items that were in the order ticket. At least the wait staff woman was nice. This is not the first problem we've had at this La Madeleine's. However, the problems we experienced have been limited to weekday breakfast time. The staff for Sunday breakfast and lunch are very good. But the weekday breakfast staff is subpar at best.

I purchased lunch for 4 executives which came with small salad size when i paid for large salads. Actually the lettuce in the to go container was less then the small salad. 3 of the 4 salads came with brown lettuce which I had to pick out of them as it was very non-appealing. I called back 4 x to try and reach a manager at the town & country location and even your person answering from the main number said no one was picking up the phone there. She gave me another number to call and it took a long time on hold to get a response. I asked for the manager, & when he was talking, his voice kept cutting out which I told him and gave him my phone number to call me back, which I have not heard back from him. His name was Ingos. Also the company checking acct paid by cc over the phone and the charges on the receipts did not match the charges showing on the checking account. It was more. I was wondering why. I've placed a mobile order that was paid for, walked in to the cashier area to pick it up, stood there in front of the cashier, he did not acknowledge me, then proceed to pick up the phone when it ranged, I stood patiently waiting for the phone conversation to be done, after he hung up, he continued to look down so I said "excuse me", he said, "give me 5 minutes", I said I'm just picking up a mobile order, already paid for, that's when he asked for my name and gave me my order. Not very efficient!!

Order taker left order position to serve a customer while the line grew and other employees stood idle. No one was waiting for food or to check out. Manager was at checkout position and could see the waiting line grow. Manager charged me state alcohol tax on coffee.

1. The meat was of bad quality can not be chewed 2. Bus boys rush to remove the plates even when we have not finished eating and they standing over us as we eat trying to rush us, very uncomfortable and rude. 3. order inaccuracies happen regularly 4. tables and chairs are not cleaned properly, they use a soiled cloth to wipe the table with. 5. bathroom are dirty need to be sanitized regularly 6. food servers are touching the food with their hand, not wearing sanitized gloves 5.

I have Photos of salad. Iceberg lettuce was primarily white and yellow. LED lights in dining area are harsh and feel like a hospital surgery center, poor ambiance. Also air conditon was full blast freezing. I have come here for 12 years and havent been inside for about 6 months to a year. I work in restaurant industry and thought y'all should know the LED lights can be purchased at a amber tone not this white light kind. It is horrible and hurts the eyes. Get the right Kelvin of Light and it might be okay. We use led lights at our restaurant but we buy the right shade to make it pleasant. Good luck.

The cafe in Katy Texas has never lived up to the overall standards of La Mad; however, you have lost me COMPETELY as a customer. The chicken on the Caesar salad is DISGUSTING!!! Management refunded my money completely. Why the heck would you change the process for cooking the side of chicken for the salad. It was DISGUSTING slimy white chicken!!!!!! Even the employees verified that they have had so many complaints and they disagree with headquarters new process for cooking it. I have eaten at La Mad for thirty years...one of my favorite meals. I will not return to the restaurant until/unless you change your chicken back to the roasted/seasoned chicken on the salads. Can't begin to convey my DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!

Spoke with 3 different associates and waited 6+ minutes on the phone before being able to place my order. I arrived at the location 10 mins after, and took another 25 mins to get my food. First they couldn't find my order, then after they 'found it' and said order was not ready. Once I received it food was cold, not well prepared, the potato gallete was burnt.
