Everything was good. At time of order the wbesite gave a pickup time, but order was ready at that time and had to wait for around 10 minutes.

I waited for a while for a staff member to take my order. The salad lettuce tasted old, the bread was stale and hard and the chicken tasted rubbery. The manager checked me out was extremely rude. I have been coming here for years but this was a terrible experience! What a waste of my money.
