Potato gelatte was a little overcooked. It is usually very good! French coffee was not hot; it was warm in carafe.

well when I get 3 croissants they usually put them in a box, this time they put them in a bag, I have to ask to ask for box. and for a bag to go.

Things are changed in the setup of the restaurant and the staff is not very aware of that. For instance, there is no silverware or glasses for water and they wait for you to ask as opposed to offer them to you. Too relax and not very service oriented. I get it that it is self service, but it could be more inviting so you want to go back. Others La Mad are friendlier.

Ive been there two weeks in a row for lunch today was a late lunch 1:16 not too many people both times there always seems to be confusion among the staff whether ordering or checking out. people dont seem to know their jobs lines get long and people waiting get annoyed i really thhink they need to know exactly what their job is. they need better organization

With Covid I felt cleanliness would have been better. We waited to order, to pay, and to receive food. Food runner sat our food on another patrons table then brought it to us allowing those patron to breath on it.
