The food was a little cold and pasta taste was different with other lamadeleine.

It wasn't welcoming. And the temperature in the restaurant was uncomfortable. The tables felt very sticky. Im sure it's from all the disenfectants and hand sanitizer that are being used.

I ordered Sacher Torte but they didn't had this item in the bakery so when I arrived they offered me some chocolate mousse dessert which did not taste good. I was not expecting it to be this way. I wish they have dessert sample where you can taste this before buying, especially something seasonal that this mousse dessert is made.

The soup at this cafe is always not hot enough. Besides, the sandwich tasted very dry.

I recently went to la madeleine Cinco Ranch Texas for a to go order. Its one of my favorite restaurants for pastries and goodies. Although the service wasn't great. Nobody was there behind the pastry counter so i waited 5 to 10 minutes then had to call somebody from the other side for my order. Secondly the pastry quality has become very poor. Chocolate almond croissant has no almond butter in it, the coconut cream cake has become very small and the price increased. It seems like the ingredients and size of pastries are becoming smaller and the price increases every time i visit. This is a complain i hear from my friends as well. If you don't give customers the quality of product for what they pay for, they will stop coming. There are many restaurants out there. I mean seriously, there was a drop of almond butter in my chocolate croissant while before i had a good quantity of it as well as chocolate. The quality of pastries has definitely deteriorated! Its a shame!

Ordered two chicken pesto pastas. One had enough chicken the other one had half the amount, quality control on this order was lacking. I did not find this out until I got home and my wife told me about it, I finished taking some chicken from one to add to the other one. Those two pastas were for my wife and son.

The French toast was not what we expected. Really liked the French toast in the past. Not a fan of the French toast being doused with fruit syrup.

Our table needs attention it looks lack of maintenance, and that affects my experience this time, usually everything looks good, but not today
