the scaners were not working again

I ordered 1 Chichén pesto pasta and 1 kids pesto pasta for my son. While the food had ok temperature I got PENNE pasta not Farfalle which is the original pasta de serve. The sauce did not have the same consistency and flavor, I don’t think it was the same amount of chicken I usually get- by the way I do order this pasta very often and for the record I would prefer them to serve it with the Farfalle not with penne pasta. I think I should’ve been told that I was going to get that and that it was going to be different.

The server was a bit rude tone of voice not so friendly. Coud not use the word please in any way

This is the second time we have had an issue with our food. The food was warm however our eggs were cold. When brought to someone's attention, it was as if we bothered them with our mediocre issue. We did not feel valued and appreciated that we actually came out to support this location and spend our money.

This is the third time I have placed a mobile order for this cafe and when I arrived the order is not ready at the promised time. What is the point of ordering ahead if I'm going to have to wait anyway? This time I could see my order sitting on the counter - all that had to happen was for it to be bagged and given to me. But instead it sat there for 5 minutes while the employees did something else.

Order was wrong, items were missing. Had to order twice because order was not complete. Had to ask for utensils 3 times because enough was not given for size of party eating. Had to ask for bread. I believe was over charged for a kid size drink. Associate was not friendly or apologetic for incompetence. Also restaurant had many dirty tables with dirty dishes and food from previous customers...not health conscious considering covid.

At 12:00 noon, there was not one employee behind the service line. Not sure where they were. We waited in line as the line behind us grew longer and longer. Finally got our order taken. One salad had no chicken on it even though it was ordered and paid for. Associate disputed our word that there was no chicken, but finally added chicken upon inspection of the salad. The receipt that was received was not even for our order. Highly disorganized!!! But then I complain about this location every time I eat there. Can't believe the low standards compared to other La Mad's. Nothing has improved since their opening years ago. I would never go back except that La Mad is one of my favorite lunch spots and this is the only one local to our area in Katy, Texas.

The bread was old, stale and smelly. Definitely not fresh. The soup was very salty.

Menu was not clear. Soup was only luke warm. Salad croutons were soggy. Bread was stale.

Line wasn't long, but cashier did both coffee drinks and took orders, so it took a while to order. Cashier was not welcoming at all like other La Madeleine's I have been to, very impatient at taking my order (was spacing out my order she would have time to put it in), i said "that completes my order" and replied "Are you sure? (with an attitude).
