I go there (3 LaMadeleins) in the Houston area at least once a week. It is always consistent. Favorite place for breakfast.

La Madeleine is a great cafe for tasty food, friendly, efficient service, a clean and welcoming environment, and consistency in quality food and service. It is in a way, home away from the home kitchen. :-)

The employees there are always very nice and they are focused, get the orders in quickly, and they even make sure any special requests are communicated clearly verbally to the kitchen and where they entered it when taking the order. The food is always excellent- in fact typically if I don't eat all of it, I ALWAYS eat it leftover the next day, and I typically dislike and won't eat most leftovers. And they always go through and check the order with you before you leave that way you know it is right and if there are any small mistakes, you catch it before leaving the store. I appreciate this because most placed don't do that much less get the orders 100% right regularly. It is so good that even my picky 14 year old son has become a lover of La Madeleine! This never happens, lol. He actually requests to get food there as much as he does with his other two favorite local chain restaurants. Also- the pastries are always spot on too. Delicious, moist cake (if applicable), beautiful looking. Love that I can pay using the app on my phone so I don't always have to bring in a wallet or purse. Love them and am a long time La Madeleine fan--at least for 20 years!
