I ordered a potato soup but I got tomato basil soup. I did not check my receipt in the cafe. The associate thought I said tomato not potato. It was an honest mistake that I could have corrected.

Was charged 3 times for the same order. Took several steps to get the credit. Crystal was nice however the Presentation of the sandwich didn’t look good. This is my first bad experience at medline

I had come in hoping to find your mushroom soup in a bottle; I did not realize that you only sell the tomato basil soup in a pre-packaged format. Regardless, I bought the mushroom soup to go. Even though it was not in the format I had planned, I still enjoyed it and appreciated the inclusion of the bread with my to-go order.
