la Madeleine

I miss the ambience of the old La Madeleine where it was like a buffet line but you can see the staff cooking and making my food. It felt warm, comfortable, like home. I've never liked this new concept. Now it's typical restaurant and the staff is not as welcoming.

This was my first visit. I honestly felt rushed to order. I was deciding my next item and the unfriendly cashier was at the register with my total? I had not completed my order. I was rushed. So, I did not purchase anything else. Host: Maria Date: 01/31/2020 Time: 9:29

French roast coffee was over four hours old and not refreshed, also breakfast menu could use more variety

The first coffee cup given to me was not entirely clean. I noticed the person who took my order has to check 2 or three cups more before a very clean one was handed to me. This was not the first time this happened. It's probably the dishwashing machine?

My charges on my card are is always a problem, I’m always charged too much, and have to be given a credit, but sometimes I don’t receive it. Regards

Fast and easy to order

Atmosphere was not as welcoming as other La Madeline locations. Food is pricy for the portion size yet good. Location not the easiest to get to.

I love the turkey cranberry sandwich. Had one at another location & it was hot & toasty. This sandwich was luke warm and not as satisfying.

It’s just ok. It didn’t give the taste that you keep on thinking about after you’re done with the meal.

The order was to deliver at 1045-11 am. It did not arrive until 1115. The reason for inconvenience was that we needed before the meeting started so we would not have to be going to the front of the facility, which is quite far, plus requires an escort. We had to stop the meeting to go get the food due to the delay and then as well as during the setup portion.
