Staff friendly: management even better: food is great...my children love their desserts...I happy after my visits there

The food is delicious, we love the desserts. During the pandemic, the to go and bundles items were delicious and great price point.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at la Madeleine because of the food, the ease of ordering, & the friendly staff. This particular la Madeleine is one of our favorite locations, because of the ambience there with the staff, the food, the cleanliness and the comfortable atmosphere.This is the place to go for good food, good service from caring folks, reasonable prices and just overall comfort and ease.

I ordered a 6-pack of delicious desserts for my children. Kids picked exactly what they desired. Ordered and paid via mobile app. Picking up curbside. Associate came out to car stating no chocolate available. My youngest was very upset. We were offered an equivalent. We were not happy campers. I contacted Bryan, The manager. This guys is an awesome individual. He went above and beyond to make me feel like a highly valued and appreciated customer. I will get her chocolate very soon. She back to being a happy camper simply hearing that she can go back to get it. If you have a problem, please speak with Bryan. I can vouch that he will do his absolute best to kept you happy and coming back to La Madeline - Pearland. Happy! Happy! Happy!

Friendly staff!

I have missed going inside to dine, but felt it would be okay. I missed the friendliness of the staff and the atmosphere. I still ordered pickup, but missed the people and the small nice things they would do to make my visit a worthwhile experience
