The soup was not hot enough.

Loved it!

Only one cashier and took a long time to order because that cashier was helping a customer with a problem. I had to wait longer than expected to make a simple purchase.

I decided to take out because tables were not cleaned.

The restrooms are usually not very clean and the lettuce in the salads does not seem very fresh at times, wilted and discolored lettuce leaves

I ordered a whole fruit tart. Normally I only order the mini or personal size fruit tart and the NEVER have pineapple as a fruit on them and with the whole tart it did have pineapple and it wasn't pleasing. I've been picking the pineapples off of them. Just wish I would have known that

The staff was not very friendly or attentive. They were having more interested in having a conversation with each other than the guests. Apparently my order was completed quickly, and before I could get my drink, the server walked over and set my plate at drink station without a tray or anything. (Service wasn’t great)

I am still disappointed with my favorite choice - roast chicken you use to have. Overall I am ok and will still visit . Customer service was wonderful.

Appreciate the food and ambiance. Servers could be more friendly. But they're nice. I do realize some people aren't always giddy so I'll take it.

The decaf machine was empty. I just wanted to drink the coffee I paid for. Please make sure coffee machine is filled in the future. Thanks!
