My Hot chocolate was cold. My friend had to get her order made 3x before they got it right and the eggs were runny. When I addressed my concerns the lady just walked away. So I had to take my chocolate to counter and ask someone else to make it. She never came back.

I ordered the Pesto Pasta entree because I normally get the kid meal. The last time I ordered the kids meal, the portion was extremely small. Keep in mind it's the only thing I eat. So this time. I wanted to ensure that I ate enough. To my surprise, the amount of food was very similar to the kids meal. Also, my coworker received a kids size lemonade when I purchased the beverage. When I asked the person at the counter about the size, he said that's what it is. I expressed that it is almost 3 dollars for a lemonade and you give me a child's cup and he responded that's the size. I said okay and left. My food was cold and I had to warm it up which really upset me because I wanted hot, fresh food. Just disappointed with my experience today.

The broccoli was over-cooked, mushy and the presentation of the chicken la Madeline was less than pleasing. Disappointed with presentation and taste of meal.

I ordered the pick 6 croissants and four of them were very hard/stale. This is the first time I’ve had this experience so I called the cafe to bring this to their attention.The young man who answered the call (Alex) was very helpful and offered to replace the croissants tomorrow.

This is a doctors office and as you you doctors have limited time to eat. the order arrived 20 minutes late. The turkey was very dry.

I've been coming to la madaline everyday...every morning for a french roast coffee...2day I called 6 times, no answer had to exit my vehicle and come inside...the rep inside had no clue and couldn't figure things out...finally a very energetic gentleman came out and resolved my issue...got my items and got me outta there... late but satisfied...

One employee was not wearing their mask correctly- the only had their mouth covered. And you can see another employee in back taking their mask off by the kitchen. The person taking the order seemed annoyed. I was hesitant to canceled but I did not. Once I got home to eat, I discovered that my sandwich was barely a sandwich with a lot of mayo. I also ask for shredded cheese & bacon on the side with my soup and of course it was NOT with my order. This is entire order was a bad. My creme brûlée was the only thing good from the order. And there was fruit flies in the case with the desserts.

The location and quality of the food made la Madeline a great option for a shower I was hosting from 10-12 on Saturday. I expected set up to begin at 8:45 as was indicated on my invoice. However, when I arrived at 9am, the tables had not been cleaned and there was no one to assist me with basic duties (adjusting room temp, arranging tables, wiping down tables). When my event began, the catering table had barely been set up and no food or drink was available. By 10:15 we had water, but none of the $300 worth of food or drink that I purchased was out. At 10:30 I was told the casseroles were not quite ready. While I'm glad the food was cooked thoroughly, it seems they should have been prepared earlier and then the chafing tables could have kept them warm, if needed. The $56 worth of desserts I ordered came out quite late and in stages, which felt like an awkward presentation. The catering coordinator was nice, but did not seem familiar with what I had ordered and I had to show her my invoice to confirm my order at one point. I also would suggest glassware and silverware (vs. plastic) for on-site events. I'm guessing that having 2 event happening simultaneously was too much.

The spicy salmon was not spicy. The Mediterranean vegetables were not that. Too much quinoa in relation to other items in my bowl.
